Being adjacent to Harajuku, Omotesando has a different atmosphere with high fashion brand shops and eye-catching designed buildings by prominent architects such as Tadao ANDO, Kenzo TANGE, Toyoo ITO, and SANNA(Kazuyo SEJIMA and Ryue NISHIZAWA).

Meiji-jingu shrine, Tokyo's largest Shinto shrine, is a peaceful and quiet place. You can enjoy the classic architecture and sometimes can see people in kimono or traditional attire there.

Meiji Jingu Shrine
Tokyo's largest Shinto shrine established in 1920 to enshrine Meiji Emperor and the Empress Shoken. Meiji Emperor is the first Emperor of modernized Japan after the Meiji Restoration in 1868.
The shine is famous for the large wooden Tori Gate. Many wedding ceremonies are held at the shrine and visitors may be able to come across a traditional wedding procession led by a Shinto priest.
